3. Reverse Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse courier pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Inspection & Instant Refund

Upon receipt at our warehouse, our quality team inspects the returned item and initiates your refund within 24 hours to your original payment method.
